One Flesh

Chapter Twelve

Sexual Regeneration

The second God-given function of the Sexual Creative Center is for health preservation and Regeneration. Before we can understand the nature of how this Center can change the body and bring about near miraculous healing, we need to understand more of the forces in the body and how they work.

There are many theories of healing, and since most of the disciplines that are practiced today, under these theories, have survived for decades (some even for several centuries), we may assume that each of these has some component of truth. The orthodox medical profession emphasizes the mechanical (surgery) and chemical (drugs) components of healing. The osteopath and chiropractor emphasize the bio-mechanical (manipulation) and nervous (subluxations pressing or inhibiting proper nerve enervation to a part) components of healing. There is, also, a less accepted way of affecting the body for good or ill and that is through the vibrations sent out by the various cellular components of the body. It is this latter concept that is the motivating force behind Sexual Regeneration.

Perhaps the differences in, and the distinctions between, these various methods of healing can be better understood if we compare them to the methods used to deliver general information. The chemical process is analogous to the regular postal service-what computer mavens refer to as "snail mail." This method has been with us, in one form or another, for many centuries and will undoubtedly continue for many more centuries to come. It has proven its staying power and while it has several advantages, it also has many weaknesses since it depends on the abilities and reliability of a number of different individuals before its messages can be delivered.

On the other hand, the nervous process can be likened to the telegraph, telephone and FAX systems. They have greatly sped up communications and there are fewer factors to cause a breakdown than in the case of "snail mail" (chemical factors). However, the wired connection (nervous component) is not without its own weaknesses. In the early West, Indians soon learned that the best way to isolate a community they wanted to raid was to cut the telegraph lines. This same weak-ness is still present in all wired systems today-whether that system is the latest FAX mode or a severed nerve in the body.

By the Second World War, a new form of human communication had been perfected without which many of the victories of this titanic battle would have been impossible. This new discovery was, of course, wireless communication (radio first and, later, television). With this new aid, there was no worry that runners would be shot before they could deliver their message, nor were there lines to be cut; as long as two parties each had a working transceiver, they could communicate.

From the ancient wisdom of the ages, we have received the Law of Hermes and the concept of the Macrocosm and the Microcosm. The Law of Hermes is: As above so below, as in the inner so in the outer and as in the lesser so in the greater. The Paracelsian concept of the Macrocosm and the

Microcosm simply states that man is a miniature replica of the Universe. He has within him, in a minute form, all those things that occur in the Deity's Creation.

If we understand and accept these premises, we can readily conclude that if such things as communication by vibrating waves of the ether (radio and television) are able to occur in the outer world, they must have, from the beginning, had their counterparts in the human body. The body, as in the outer world, has many ways of communicating. Each has its place and it is the wise individual who will learn to help the body make good use of each method as required.

Healing by chemicals is still the most popular form today for two good reasons: First, the idea of swallowing a pill and having all one's troubles go away is most seductive. Second, a great deal of money may be made by producing those pills. This is not true of the nervous or vibratory forms of healing.

The chemical method has not corrected all human ills, however, and so, today, more and more emphasis being placed on the neurological method of the encouraging cellular change. As mentioned earlier, both osteopathy and chiropractic are based on this concept. Over the years a great deal of effort has been made by the chemical proponents to denigrate the nerve- and energy-based schools of healing and there is much evidence to show that these efforts are as strong now as in the past. One can but wonder if one of the main reasons for this opposition is the feared lost of income by the involved associations and industries if the professions should gain the favor their methods merit since both of these professions use few chemicals in their healing,

However, even these nervous-system-oriented schools have a weakness: the inability of the nerve energy to go through if there is damage to the nerve (if the line is down). Under these circumstances, the wireless or vibratory school of practice has an advantage over those that have gone before.*

*Just as we still have a busy postal service and ever increasing telephone service (which includes FAX and computer modem), we do not suggest that the vibratory school of healing will replace the others. We only desire to state that the vibratory method is of such a nature that it may be successful when all the others have failed.

While there are many forms of "wireless" healing,** we shall, in this work, limit discussion exclusively to the form of vibrational healing that is directly connected with the Sexual Creative Center and the One Flesh concept. We might just mention the fact, however, that while homeopathy has been looked upon as a chemical method of healing, it is really a vibratory one. By the time a homeopathic remedy is triturated below its molecular weight by dilution, only the wave forms, or vibrations, of the medicinal agent remain. It was the understanding of this fact that led the innovative Dr. Abrams** to develop his various Radionic theories of healing, many of which are still in use by forward- thinking practitioners.

The Breath of God Exercise

Our atmosphere contains a little known, and even less understood, force of great power. While this force has been given many names in the past, by those who know, we like to call it the Breath of God. When this "Breath" is consciously inhaled and retained, it can bring health and strength to those who are willing to make use of it in the right spirit.

During the One Flesh union, the vibratory forces of the body are at a peak of power. The knowledgeable loving couple may use the One Flesh union to draw this Breath down from the Universal Storehouse and then transmit it to their cooperating spouse. This inhaled force has a healing intensity in direct proportion to the effort put forth and the depth of the love between the pair. While this procedure has been known, among the wisest of every advanced culture, by many different names, we call it the One Flesh Breath of God Exercise.

One word of caution for those
who attempt this practice:

As in all things, this procedure will be effective only if you are in harmony with the concept. While faith without works is dead, in this instance, works without faith are equally useless. Unless you are able to know in your heart that these forces not only exist but that you, by your efforts, are able to control and direct them, you will not be able to produce the proper healing vibratory wave patterns.

During a resting period of the One Flesh union, slowly draw in a deep breath beginning low in the abdomen and extending to the very upper regions of the lungs. As you draw in this breath hold the following thought:

"I draw into my body the Omnipotent Breath of God."

Retain this breath for seven seconds as you hold the following thought:

"I send this Breath of God throughout my entire being to heal and strengthen."

Lastly, with all the feeling you can muster, hold these thought vibrations as you slowly exhale:

"I send out love, health and healing to my beloved mate."

This breathing can be repeated several times during each rest period of the One Flesh union. Many couples find that this method is not only beneficial health wise but that it also helps to prolong the One Flesh union and bring greater pleasure to both husband and wife.

Since this exercise is to be carried out while the couple are "united," there is a circle of energy produced that is like nothing else known on this earth sphere. The cycling of this energy from one mate to the other and back again creates an ever accelerating vibrational power that can bring about seeming miracles.

After you have completed this practice, be at peace within yourself and with your partner. Have complete trust in your efforts, knowing that, even though the vicissitudes of life may appear very powerful, with the Breath of God and the One Flesh union every good thing is possible.

While the Breath of God is best used during the One Flesh union, it may be used at other times but in a modified form. When it is used separately from the One Flesh union you should follow this pattern:

Assume a relaxed and comfortable position; standing or lying is best, so as to allow the fullest expansion of the chest. Slowly draw in a deep breath beginning low in the abdomen and extending to the very upper regions of the lungs. As you draw in this breath hold the following thought:

"I will draw in the omnipotent Breath of God."

Retain this breath for seven seconds as you hold the thought:

"I send this Breath of God throughout my entire being to heal and strengthen."

Lastly, with all the feeling you can muster, hold this thought vibration as you slowly exhale:

"I send out love and peace to all humanity."

The entire exercise may be repeated several times a day if you desire, but, to begin with, do not overdo it. Practice no more than five minutes at any one time.

The power and results possible from following this procedure are incalculable. Its value and benefits will be quickly proven if you will only give it a TRY. After you have completed the practice, be at peace within your entire being and have complete trust in your efforts, knowing that even though the world may appear to be on the brink of disaster, with the Breath of God, There is Always A Way.

This single form of the Breath of God exercise may be practiced at any time of day; one of the best times is early in the morning, just before rising. If we all use the Breath of God at this time every day a powerful vibratory wave of love, peace and brotherhood will sweep around the world from time zone to time zone, leaving in its wake an indomitable force for good.

Therefore, we see that Breath of God drill is not only for those who are married but, in its single form, is, also, the perfect way for the unmarried to help harness their Sexual Creative Center. With the use of this practice, the forces of this Center can be sublimated creatively until marriage.

When this Breath of God is sent out with thoughts of love and peace, the resulting vibrations can change the world. We invite you to work with us in the practice of the Breath of God, not only to help yourself, your mate and those around you, but to bring true peace and brotherhood to all of God's creation. Will you help?
